Oat beta-glucan has been proven to lower cholesterol levels without side effects, helping reduce the risk of heart disease. One OatWell™ Cereal Bar contains 3g of oat beta-glucan. This is equivalent to eating three bowls of porridge oats, enough to actively reduce blood cholesterol levels. The bars are available in Apple Crumble and Caramel flavours and promote healthy snacking.
