Japanese inspired snack brand Yushoi has expanded its offering with its first red lentil variant, to add to its existing range of pea-based healthy snacks. The baked pulse snack is available in a barbeque flavour, which launched into Asda stores in September. Yushoi is available at major supermarkets and independent retailers across the UK, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Ocado, Selfridges, Wholefoods, Holland & Barrett and The Co-operative Food. The new product is available in 105g sharing bags, with an RRP £1.79
