Waitrose has teamed up with celebrity chefs Rick Stein, Michel Roux, Angela Hartnett and Andi Oliver to launch nine new dishes ahead of Christmas.
Created in partnership with restaurant meal-kit experts Dishpatch, which was acquired by Waitrose last year, the festive range features dinner table showstoppers – all expertly pre-prepared and ready to finish in just a few steps.
Laura Tudor, Made-to-Order Food Manager at Waitrose, said: “This festive season, elevate your feasting with ease! We’re excited to announce the expansion of our Dishpatch × Entertaining range, offering food lovers effortless, premium meals designed to impress.”
She added that the dishes are designed to bring “the magic of a restaurant-quality meal right to your table, so you can spend less time cooking and more time celebrating.”
Angela Hartnett presents a festive feast with her signature Italian flair (including a stuffed duck with marsala gravy), while Rick Stein draws on decades of culinary heritage to create two seafood-focused dishes (including a lobster & king prawn velouté pie). Andi Oliver brings bold Caribbean-inspired flavours and festive warmth (spiced rum & maple-glazed ham), and Michel Roux offers an indulgent take on Christmas dining with his version of the classic Beef Wellington.

Each dish combines high-quality ingredients, expert preparation and minimal hands-on cooking. They arrive pre-prepared, with just a few finishing touches required – no peeling or pan-juggling, perfect for busy hosts and guaranteed to delight.
The menus are available for both Christmas and New Year’s Eve, with collection from Waitrose stores between 22–24 December for Christmas and 29–31 December for New Year’s Eve.
