AutoCoding Systems, a global provider of automation solutions to factory production and packaging areas, has enjoyed significant growth in the US over the past 12 months and, in order to further extend its reach, has appointed Erik Phillips as Director of Sales and Business Development. He will support Sam Vail, US Director of Operations. Erik has more than 15 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry filling a variety of positions at Nestlé as an End User, Apex as a System Integrator and Wonderware PacWest as an Account Executive. He has become a knowledgeable and trusted advisor with customers and partners throughout the Pacific Northwest and California. His primary work objective at AutoCoding Systems is to establish End User sales growth in the US market whilst developing a model for national sales team scalability.
