The Highland Chocolatier is owned by Iain Burnett – an artisan chocolatier creating stunning gourmet chocolates. Having won the Best Truffle in the World award twice, his chocolates are certainly something of a luxury. His mission was to create a pure ‘naked’ truffle with no shell and no additives. Being such a high-end product, the packaging needed to reflect this while remaining air tight to keep everything nice and fresh inside. This was acheived using an air tight film bag that had a low level of oxygen transfer. From production, the chocolates go straight into the packaging, into the box and ready for the world to enjoy.
