Key retail experts will share their experiences at the resource efficiency and waste management show (RWM), at the NEC in Birmingham, from September 15th-17th next year. Free to attend, the show includes an exhibition and conference and is organised by i2i Events Group. Sarah Wakefield, environmental project manager at the Co-operative Group, is one of 22 RWM Ambassadors helping to shape the event.
Gin Tidridge, Sustainability Specialist at B&Q, is another key speaker. Eco-designer Oliver Heath will talk about bio-design and how waste can be reduced at the production phase, and Ina Budde, Closed Loop Fashion Designer, will talk about the international challenges and innovative design solutions for ‘circular’ textiles. Arthur Kay, founder of award-winning bio-bean, will talk about how the company has industrialised the process of recycling waste coffee grounds.
