UPM has reported a record year for 2014/2015, with a £1.9 million value order book resulting in further expansion of its manufacturing base in Langley, Berkshire, together with additional personnel to cater for the 20% increase in orders achieved for applications in all aspects of food processing and packaging.
For the PPMA show UPM exhibited typical models of belt conveyors including gravity rollers, high care easy access belt cleaning conveyor, radius plus incline/decline conveyors, solid PU belt conveyors with full wash down specification, plastic link belt conveyors in a swan neck configuration, heavy duty abattoir belt conveyor, accumulation systems, rotary tables-lazy Susan, 90 degree carousel. All are produced as a combination of stainless steel construction and high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE).
