Bell Packaging have provided the Jetbox® solution for LP Displays to improve the transit of banners.
LP Displays are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of POS and printed signage.
Responding to a request for a new presentation, LP chose square Jetbox® packaging. The challenge was to transport high quality banners so that they were well protected, easy to open and the outer container be reusable.
Spirally wound mailing tubes are normally used for this application however these are difficult to handle and store.
Bell Packaging supplied a standard size 64mm x 64mm Jetbox® solution. Packed flat, the tubes were cut and delivered within 7 days.
Jetbox® is made using Korsnas board – this is FSC and can be Kraft or white. With minimum quantities of 500 pieces and a fast delivery time the packaging offers an economic solution for small and medium tube requirements.
Commenting on the application, LP Display Managing Director Mark Ellis described the journey.

“Packing the tube was simple ñ we managed to complete 200 packs within 50 minutes.
“This has to be a world record and the finished presentation looked fantastic.
