Leicester-based Clifton Packaging has been recognised for its contribution to the industry at the UK Packaging Awards, adding a further win, as well as a ‘highly commended’, to its collection. The company, which focusses mainly on the FMCG and wet protein sectors and is based on Leicester’s Meridian Business Park, was shortlisted in four categories. It was highly commended in the SME of the Year and won Investment Project of the Year. The latest accolades follow the company’s recent Silver Star win for Best in Show – Business to Consumer at the 2016 Starpack Awards.
