Global Closure Systems is providing Yves Rocher with an eco-design approach with its standard tube closure Touareg, a lightweight 35mm snap hinge cap. The closure has been thoughtfully developed for personal care applications to boast style while respecting the environment. GCS always strives to make its products and processes more sustainable and thereby reduce its carbon footprint by looking at right-weighting and coming up with innovative designs. Touareg offers an optimised weight of 4g and is 20% lighter than the previous version which has reduced the carbon footprint to 13.8g eq co2/cap. Its matt lid has been customized to feature the brand’s logo and the cap is available in a large range of colours, matching Yves Rocher’s wide portfolio.
