Darling Spuds

Britain’s crisp market is a competitive space but with stockists like Thorntons, Hilton Hotels and Brewdog, Darling Spuds has found it’s footing. As it prepares to mark its 10th anniversary next year, three new flavours, Thai Sweet Chilli, Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper and Ham & English Mustard have been added to the existing range.
As the FMCG CEO team can testify, they’re delicious. All six flavours have been given a modern makeover with updated packaging designed by Davies Leslie-Smith. Darling Spuds is part of the Salty Dog snack stable, founded by Dave and Judy Willis in 2003, which remains 100 percent family owned. They’re looking to extend Darling Spuds into independent retailers as well as delis, pubs, bars and cafes with anticipated sales of 2 million bags (£850k) in the coming year.
