STI Line dominated the 2014 POPAI UK & Ireland Awards at the Tower Hotel in London in October by winning 12 awards in eight different categories – the strongest performance ever seen at the event.
Clients from Unilever, Mondelez, NET-A-PORTER, Clarins, Westland and Weetabix joined STI Line to celebrate shared success. Ten nominations converted into four gold, three silver and three bronze awards in categories ranging from home and garden and health and beauty to confectionery and sustainability. When the Display of the Year results were revealed, two out of the six awards also went to STI Line with partners Unilever and Mondelez.
With more than 220 entries from around 70 different companies to consider, the judges of each category were looking for creative POP solutions that engaged shoppers, communicated brand values and had a measurable impact on sales. Gold was awarded to the Cadbury Easter Van for Mondelez, the giant Resolva spray bottle created purely from cardboard for Westland Horticulture, Unilever’s Lotus F1 Sure tray complete with miniature F1 car, and the Sustainabin, developed for Mondelez. Both the Cadbury Easter Van and Lotus F1 tray went on to receive coveted Display of the Year awards.
