The 23rd edition of Gulfood, the world’s largest annual food event, takes place from February 18th to 22nd, with a host of new innovations and services being added to this year’s line-up to reflect important changes in global and regional demand.
The event will feature 120 country pavilions showcasing culturally diverse and authentic products that are traceable by origin and source at Gulfood’s World Food segment, and 1,000 of the largest packaged food brands on the multinational scene, including Unilever, Del Monte, Iffco, Nestle, Masterbaker, Americana Group, Promar and Aujan Coca Cola Group will exhibit at Gulfood’s Power Brands segment.
Those sourcing by commodity can find out more about dedicated marketplaces for meat and poultry, dairy, pulses, grains and cereals, fats and oils and beverages while exploring the brand new Gulfood Discover Zone.
In total there will be 10,000 new products on display from 5,000 suppliers, with eight commodity trading markets, seven major networking and learning platforms.
The event is expected to attract 97,000 buyers.
