PepsiCo has received the Stockholm Industry Water Award in recognition of the company’s innovative and outstanding water stewardship initiatives. The award, presented to PepsiCo during World Water Week, recognises efforts to deliver sustainable water management, improved performance in production, and innovative approaches in water process technologies.
The award comes as PepsiCo UK & Ireland reveals news of how it is working with Cambridge University on technology solutions to help farmers grow more for less resources.
Commenting on receiving the Stockholm Industry Water Indra Nooyi, Chairman and CEO of PepsiCo, said:
