G’NOSH the gourmet dips brand, has announced the appointment of Robert Leechman as its new Chairman from September 2012.
Leechman, who was previously Global Chief Customer and Commercial Officer for The Coca-Cola Company, will draw on more than 30 years of experience in consumer goods, firstly with Mars in the UK and then 21 years at The Coca-Cola Company.
At Coca-Cola, Leechman worked predominately overseas in the Middle East, Australia, Central Europe and Russia, and then latterly in London and Atlanta, USA heading up the Customer & Commercial function.
The move follows the expansion of G’NOSH, which was founded by ex-city professional turned food entrepreneur, Charlotte Knight, in February 2012.
Leechman commented, “I am impressed with the innovation, the brand and the team created by Charlotte Knight for G’NOSH, and I am excited to share my extensive FMCG experience with this young, dynamic start-up company which has such big potential.”

The past six months has seen G’NOSH expand rapidly after securing listings with Ocado, Harrods, Selfridges, Wholefoods and several leading independent retailers.
